After “retiring” from mornings at Steel City Media Country “Q104” KBEQ Kansas City in October 2019, Zeke Montana has joined Audacy Country “106.5 The Wolf” WDAF-FM Kansas City in the same role.
Montana had been making regular fill-in and guest appearances at WDAF-FM for the past year. Now he will join Codie Allen daily in the timeslot replacing Joshua James. James had been serving in a fill-in capacity since the exit of Chris Combs in December 2019.
Montana previously spent his entire career at KBEQ, joining the station as a part-timer when it was CHR in 1987 and remaining through its 1993 flip to Country. He hosted mornings from 2002 until his 2019 exit.
