WQCC Adds Bobby Bones Show

Magnum Media Country “Kicks 106.3” WQCC La Crosse WI has announced the addition of the Bobby Bones Show for mornings.

With the addition of Bones’ show, previous morning hosts Reid Magnum and wife Chelsey Lynn will be heard on a split 4-6am and 1030am-1pm shift. Their show also airs from 4-8am on Magnum’s two Milwaukee area Country stations: “92.1 VTY Country” WVTY Racine and “92.5 Buzz Country” WMBZ West Bend. Reid & Chelsey began hosting mornings on WQCC following Magnum’s acquisition of the station last year. Reid Magnum is the son of Magnum Media owner David Magnum.

Magnum Media’s “Most Country” KICKS 106.3 WQCC La Crosse announced today the addition of The Bobby Bones Show to its weekday morning lineup.  Effective immediately, the CMA and ACM Award-winning program now broadcasts Monday through Friday from 6 – 10:30 a.m. CT.  In addition, the station is airing Bones’ weekend countdown program, Country Top 30 with Bobby Bones, on Saturdays from 6 – 10 a.m. CT, with an encore on Sunday mornings from 6 – 10 a.m. CT, giving KICKS 106.3 listeners their dose of Bobby Bones every day of the week – same time, same station.

Each morning, host Bobby Bones and his co-hosts Amy, Lunchbox and Eddie welcome the biggest names in country music and entertain listeners with their unique mix of pop-culture news and information, crazy stunts, and hilarious conversations. Syndicated by Premiere Networks, The Bobby Bones Show broadcasts on 180 stations and is the #1 country morning show in the U.S. with millions of weekly listeners. The show received two Country Music Association Awards for National On-Air Personality of the Year, and four Academy of Country Music Awards in the same category. For his work on the program, Bones earned the title of youngest-ever inductee into the prestigious National Radio Hall of Fame.

Dave Magnum, stated, “We feel great about our progress since bringing KICKS 106.3 into our group 14 months ago.  Reid & Chelsey have hosted mornings and 27-year stalwart John Stevenson transitioned from mornings to afternoons.  Now, having Bobby in morning drive, with Reid & Chelsey book ending his show, puts us right where we want to be.  The camaraderie that Bobby has with Country artists in his studio, and the frequency of their visits, gives our KICKS 106.3 listeners the star access that only he can deliver.”
