Liggett Communications News/Talk 1380 WPHM Port Huron MI has made a pair of weekday schedule revisions.
WPHM will expand Fox News Radio’s Brian Kilmeade Show to three hours as it expands the show to 10am to 1pm and cuts Radio America’s Chad Benson Show back to 1-3pm. Both shows were added to WPHM’s lineup in January of this year.
At night, WPHM replaces Compass Media Networks’ Markley, Van Camp & Robbins in evenings with Fox Sports Radio’s “The Odd Couple” hosted by Chris Broussard and Rob Parker from 7-10pm.
News, Talk, and Sports 1380 WPHM is adding more programming from Fox Sports Radio. Chris Broussard and Rob Parker’s “The Odd Couple” will be heard starting Monday, October 2nd, from 7 to 10pm. Parker is a veteran Detroit area journalist and Broussard is an NBA analyst from Cleveland. The new addition displaces The Markley, VanCamp, and Robbins Show.
“We look forward to bringing our listeners more live sports-talk weekday evenings,” said Program Director Caleb Gordon. “Rob Parker’s ties to Detroit make the ‘Odd Couple’ a natural fit for our market.”
WPHM has also expanded its affiliation with the Brian Kilmeade Show from Fox News-Talk. Initially heard weekdays from 10am to Noon, the show will now be extended by an hour effective immediately. A weekend version of Kilmeade’s show will also be added Sundays from 7 to 10pm starting October 8th.
“Brian Kilmeade’s show has been very timely and topical, especially as we approach next year’s election” said Gordon. “We’re happy to be a part of making his program the fastest growing radio show in the country!”
