William Casey Atkins Joins WKML As APD/Afternoon Host

William Casey KC Atkins 95.7 WKML Fayetteville 97.9 WKKWBeasley Media Country 95.7 WKML Fayetteville NC has announced the arrival of William Casey Atkins as APD/afternoon host.

Atkins joins WKML from WVRC Media where he hosted afternoons at 97.9 WKKW Morgantown WV and was later syndicated to all of they company’s Country stations at night as ‘KC Atkins’. He has also worked part-time at Curtis Media’s 94.7 WQDR-FM Raleigh during his career.

The arrival of Atkins fills the openings created by the promotion of former APD Sarah Weaver to Program Director in January and the departure of afternoon host Gunner Jackson in February.

Beasley Media Group announces William Casey Atkins has been named Assistant Program Director (APD) and Afternoon Drive Personality at Beasley Media Group’s WKML-FM in Fayetteville. He began his new role on July 24, 2023.

Atkins most recently spent the past five years working at WVRC Media. Previously, he held part-time on-air duties at 94.7 WQDR in Raleigh, North Carolina. In his new role, he will be heard on the air from 3-7pm and serve as the Assistant Program Director at the station.
