WFXH Savannah's Marci Stanley-Boger Jumps To WIXV

Cumulus Media Classic Rock “I95” 95.5 WIXV Savannah GA has appointed Marci Stanley-Boger as Program Director.

Under her on-air name of ‘Billie Marshall’, Stanley-Boger will also host afternoons at WIXV. She fills the spot held by Don Scott from 1985 until his death in October 2021. Stanley-Boger joins WIXV from the same role at Dick Broadcasting’s crosstown “Rock 106.1” WFXH-FM Hilton Head Island SC. She had been with WFXH since 2008 and during her stint at the cluster has also hosted middays at Classic Hits “Rewind 107.9” WRWN and programmed and co-hosted mornings at Country “Bob 106.9” WUBB. She has also served as MD and on-air at multiple stations in her native West Virginia.

Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Marci Stanley-Boger as Program Director for Classic Rock station WIXV-FM/I-95 The Rock of Savannah. Stanley-Boger, known on-air as Billie Marshall, joins Cumulus Savannah after 14 years as Afternoon Host of The Bad Ass Rock Show on WFXH-FM in Savannah, GA/Hilton Head, SC. As Billie Marshall, she can now be heard as Afternoon Host on WIXV Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-7:00pm.

Prior to that she was Midday Host of Rewind 107.9 FM/WRWH-FM in Savannah. She was previously Midday Host of The Bad Ass Rock Show on Rock 106.1/WRLF-FM in Fairmont/Morgantown WV, where she was also Music Director. Stanley-Boger was Program Director and Morning Show Co-Host for Savannah/Hilton Head Country station WUBB-FM and Program Director, Music Director and Afternoon Host for Rock station WHBR-FM and Classic Rocker WRZZ-FM in Parkersburg, WV. She served as Rock Format Content Specialist for Futuri Media/Prep Plus and is a well-known voiceover artist.
