Westwood One has informed affiliates that it will cease production of syndicated Country shows “The Lia Show” and “Later with Lia” on December 31.
The Lia Show has aired Monday through Saturday from 7pm-12am since 1998 moving from Jones Radio Networks into Dial Global into Westwood One. She added the weekday overnight show in July 2020 to succeed The Blair Garner Show.
Prior to launching the national show, host Lia Knight hosted “Cryin’, Lovin’ or Leavin’”in evenings at 106.1 KRPM Seattle and served as APD/MD of KXDD Yakima WA.
Westwood One tells affiliates they will be reaching out to discuss alternate programming options.
