VCY America has closed on its $9.2 million purchase‘ of “103.3 ESPN Dallas” KESN Allen TX from ESPN Inc.
With the closing of the deal on Wednesday, VCY America launched its Christian Preaching network programming around 10:30pm. The station becomes VCY’s second station in Texas joining 92.7 KVCE Staton/Lubbock, with the pending acquisition of 104.7 KTXC Lamesa/Midland TX set to be the third.
