United Stations Takes Over Domestic Syndication For The History of Rock ‘n’ Roll

United Stations has taken over domestic syndication of the weekly “The History of Rock ‘n’ Roll with Wink Martindale” from G Networks.

Radio Express will continue to serve as International syndication partner for the two-hour weekly program that debuted in syndication in 2021 as a follow-up to the 1969/1978/1981 Bill Drake/Gene Chenault documentary series.

As of January 2024, the multi-award-winning The History of Rock ‘n’ Roll with Wink Martindale is being syndicated through United Stations Radio Networks. The two- hour weekend The History of Rock ‘n’ Roll with Wink Martindale is now in its 136th week of domestic and international syndication. The series has been named “Best Regularly Scheduled Music Program” in the New York Festivals international broadcasting competition. The fast-paced music- with-fun-facts program has won multiple awards, including Communicator Awards three years in a row and is currently up for a Peabody.

The series is produced by Reserve Productions and is available on a barter basis in North America by United Stations Radio Networks. The History of Rock ‘n’ Roll is represented around the rest of the world by Radio Express.
