Former JACK fm presenter Trevor Marshall has been snapped up by Oxfordshire DAB station Get Radio to host drivetime.
Trevor was with JACK for 15 years but will be reunited with current Get Radio breakfast presenter Rich Smith to host extra shows together at the weekend.
Commenting on the launch of the new shows, Trevor Marshall, said: “Oxfordshire has always had a special place in my heart and I am so excited to be continuing to support the local community by providing feel-good, local-central radio, seven days a week.
“Get Radio plays an important role in serving the people of Oxfordshire with the content that matters to them and their community and I am delighted to be joining the team.”
James Craddock, Co-Founder of Get Radio, concludes: “Since its founding in 2020 during the heart of the pandemic, the station has gone from strength-to-strength and we are absolutely delighted to be welcoming Trevor Marshall to the Get Radio family.
“Trevor is already a much-loved figure in Oxfordshire and we can’t think of anyone better to accompany our listeners on their daily commutes and leisurely weekend mornings.”
The new drivetime show starts on January 3rd whilst Trevor and Rich on weekend breakfast starts January 7th 2023.
In addition, Trevor and Rich will continue their shows together on Fix Radio.
