iHeartMedia Birmingham SVP/Programming Tom Hanrahan has departed the cluster after 20 years.
Hanrahan, who also served as PD/afternoon host at Country “102.5 The Bull” WDXB Pelham as ‘Major Tom’, joined the cluster in 2002 as PD of WDXB and AC “Magic 96.5” WMJJ to oversee the move of rimshot “Dixie 102.5” into the market and relaunch as “The Bull“. Hanrahan also previously served as OM of Clear Channel Panama City FL, Program Director of “South 106.1” WSTH Columbus GA, and worked on-air at multiple Birmingham stations including WMJJ, WZZK, WODL, and WKXX.
