Following the retirement of Phil Parker, iHeartMedia News/Talk 550 KFYR/99.7 K259AF Bismarck ND has moved afternoon host Todd Mitchell to mornings.
Mitchell, the SVP/Programming for iHeartMedia Bismarck, has been with the cluster since 1997 with a long stint at “Y93” KYYY along with his tenure at KFYR.
Parker had spent 28 years at KFYR over two stints, split by a five year run in mornings at WIKY Evansville IN from 1999 to 2004. He departed KFYR last week to move closer to his wife’s family in Ohio.
