Times-Shamrock Communications has filed to purchase Classic Country “Bigfoot Legends 107.7” WLGD Dallas/Wilkes-Barre PA from Seven Mountains Media for $300,000.
The deal includes a Time Brokerage Agreement that will take effect on Friday, June 1. WLGD joins Times-Shamrock’s holdings that include Classic Rock “Rock 107” 106.9 WEZX Scranton/105.9 WPZX Pocono Pines, AC “QFM” 92.1 WQMF Nanticoke/100.1 WQFN Forest City, and Sports “ESPN 100.5/96.1” 630 WEJL Scranton/1240 WFUZ Wilkes-Barre.
Seven Mountains retains WLGD simulcasters 590 WARM/101.7 W269CF Scranton as well as its clusters that cover portions of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre market in Bloomsburg and Stroudsburg PA.
