Cumulus Media Sports “107.5 The Game” WNKT Eastover/Columbia SC has announced the hiring of Terry Ford as Program Director.
Ford joins WNKT from the recently launched Sports “96.1 The Zone” WZNN Lexington KY where he held the roles of PD, afternoon host, Imaging Director and Digital Director. Prior to joining WZNN in July, Ford spent eight years hosting at “105.7 The Fan” WJZ-FM Baltimore and has also worked in Atlanta, Boise, and for Yahoo! Sports Radio.
Ford succeeds Tim Hill, who departed Cumulus for failing to comply with the company’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate in October.
CUMULUS MEDIA announces that it has appointed Terry Ford as Program Director for Columbia, SC, Sports radio station 107.5 The Game/WNKT-FM. Ford brings over 20 years’ experience as a Sports Radio programmer and on-air personality to 107.5 The Game. Ford will also oversee Cumulus Columbia’s ESPN station, ESPN 1320 AM/WISW-AM.
Ford joins Cumulus Columbia from Sports 96.1/WZNN-FM in Lexington, KY, where he was Program Director, Afternoon Host, Digital Director and Imaging Director. Prior to that, he was Late Night Host on 105.7 The Fan/WJZ-FM in Baltimore, MD. Ford was also Overnight Show Host and Weekend Host on national Sports/Talk radio network, Yahoo Sports Radio. In addition, he has been heard on Sports Radio stations in markets including Atlanta, GA, Seattle, WA, and Boise, ID.
