Strong Tower Christian Media has launched “98.3 The Rock” WKSG Garrison KY/Portsmouth OH.
WKSG is currently airing commercial-free Christmas music through the holiday season before moving to a Christian music format.
Strong Tower agreed to purchase the former Fowler Media owned CHR “98.3 Hot-FM” WIRO-FM in September for $286,500.
The station has converted to a non-commercial license and is being operated via LMA ahead of the deal closing.
