Cavalier Radio 89.1 WYBF Radnor Township Cabrini UniversityVillanova University and Cabrini University have reached a time-share termination agreement to allow Villanova’s student-run 89.1 WXVU Villanova PA to move to full-time operation as Cabrini has surrendered the license of its 89.1 WYBF Radnor Township. Cabrini will receive $125,000 when the FCC approves WXVU’s application to operate full-time on the frequency. WYBF’s student-run programming will continue online as CavalierRadio.com.

The late Paul Lotsoff’s Stereo 97 Inc. sells Country “Cave 97.7” KAVV-FM Benson AZ to Thomas Troland’s Redrock Media Group LLC for $200,000. Redrock filed to sell their Classic Rock “Redrock 103.5” KPGX Navajo Mountain UT last week for $70,000.

The deal announced last week to sell Fowler Media CHR “98.3 Hot-FM” WIRO Garrison KY/Portsmouth OH to Strong Tower Christian Media has been filed with the FCC. Strong Tower will pay $286,500 with an LMA taking effect on November 1.

Debbie Beal’s WRGS Inc. sells Southern Gospel/Classic Country 1370 WRGS/94.5 W233BP Rogersville TN to Roger Bouldin’s Bouldin Radio, LLC for $130,000. Bouldin, who serves as Corporate General Manager for Bristol Broadcasting, is also in the process of purchasing Southern Gospel 1570 WSWV/101.9 W270CB and Country/Bluegrass 105.5 WSWV-FM Pennington Gap VA.
