Prairie Winds Broadcasting buys 98.5 K253AB Aberdeen SD from Christian Heritage Broadcasting for $44,000. The deal follows the seller’s deal last week to buy 90.1 KEEA Aberdeen for $50,000 to move its Contemporary Worship “Praise Live” programming to the stronger signal. K253AB Aberdeen immediately began rebroadcasting Prairie Winds’ “Fox Sports 1420” KGIM Aberdeen.

Elijah Radio Inc. purchases Christian Preaching 100.1 WRHP Anniston AL from the Anniston Seventh-Day Adventist Church as it exercises its option agreed to when it began managing the station at sign-on in June 2018. Elijah Radio will pay $100 for the license per the terms of the agreement.

Daniel DeMolee acquires a 100% voting stake of Border Broadcasting and their Country “KQ 92.5” KKWQ Warroad and “Classic Rock 1410” KRWB/102.5 K275BB Roseau MN from Pederson Broadcasting for $6500. The Marvin Principals will acquire the 30% equity of the stations they do not already own for $90,000.

James Wynn’s WYBT LLC will purchase 1000 WYBT Blountstown FL from La Promesa Foundation for $70,000. Wynn as ‘Jim Dooley’ owns WYBT’s translator 98.1 W251BM Blountstown and has been operating the station as Full Service Oldies.

Sukhdev Dhillon is extending his stake in Baaz Broadcasting Corp.’s 1680 KNTS Seattle from 20% to 100% buying out partner Mohan Cheema for $70,000. As a Canadian citizen, Dhillon is seeking a FCC approval for 100% foreign ownership. Baaz closed on its $225,000 acquisition of KNTS from Salem Media Group last month.

Joy Christian Ministries sells Silent 91.5 WJGS Norwood GA to the Power Foundation for $5000.
