Fremont Broadcasting sells Classic Hits 97.5 KDLY and Country 1330 KOVE/107.7 K299BC Lander WY to Kairos Broadcasting, LLC for $460,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement for the new owners took effect on July 1.
The previously announced sale of News/Talk 1400 WZFC (formerly WINC) Winchester VA from Centennial Broadcasting to Todd Bartley’s Colonial Radio Group of Williamsport for $25,000 was filed. The deal does not include the land including the station’s studios and tower.

Immanuel Broadcasting Network sells 104.3 W282AY Chattanooga TN to Marshall Bandy and Evan Stone’s Tri-State Radio for $75,000. The translator will rebroadcast the buyer’s Oldies 1070 WFLI/97.7 W249BR Lookout Mountain.
