Brendan Doran’s PMJ Communications sells News/Talk 1480 WLEA/106.9 W295CW and CHR “Fun 92.1” WCKR Hornell NY to Dawn Ichikawa’s GRI Telecom Inc. for $200,000. Ichikawa has already paid $199,999 towards the purchase. She also owns AC “V98.3” WVIN-FM, Classic Country 1380 WABH/100.3 W262CX and 106.5 W293CE Bath NY.

John Wallace Broadcasting sells 1590 WABV Abbeville SC to Robert Corlew III’s Abbeville Broadcasting LLC for $40,000. Corlew also owns “Classic Hits 101.7” 1510 WQUL/W269DM Woodruff SC.

Johnson Broadcast Ventures purchases 860 WEVA Emporia VA from James Vautrot’s Colonial Media Corporation for $2500. Jimmy Johnson owns stakes in 1480 WYRN/106.9 W295DK Louisburg and 1230 WCBT Roanoke Rapids/106.9 W295DK Rocky Mount NC.

Townsquare Media has withdrawn its sale of Classic Country 1060 KFIL Preston MN to non-profit Bluff Country Community Radio for $100,000.

Bud Williamson’s Hudson Radio Public Radio Inc. states it will not close on its $60,000 sale of 99.5 W258CU Southampton NY to Quilvio Perdomo & Nelson Diaz’s Perdomo & Diaz Media Group as he claims the buyer has a character issue under investigation by FCC staff.
