Dave Smulyan’s KBEL Communications sells Conservative Talk 1240 KBEL and Country 96.7 KBEL-FM Idalou OK to Jay and Laura Lindly’s JL Radio LLC for $560,000. The buyers own crosstown Classic Hits “Q102.9” KQIB Idabel and “Best Country 106.1” KKBI Broken Bow.
Vidify Media sells Brokered Talk 1490 WWPR Bradenton FL to the William Bailey led Happy Gospel Singers Evangelistic Crusade, Inc. for $125,000. The Bradenton based non-profit has existed since 1967 as a performance group, but this is their first radio purchase.

Radio By Grace is selling eleven translators to the Linda de Romanett led Family First for $100,000. The Keene TX based organization owns translators in Charlotte NC and Columbia SC and de Romanett owns seven stations under licensees Bible Clarity and Continuous Bible Talk. All eleven translators in this deal will rebroadcast Christian Preaching 91.5 KASK Fairfield CA.
