K283CI will become the third FM signal for the buyer’s Christian Preaching 850 KFUO St. Louis joining 92.7 K224FT St. Louis (covering the west side of the city) and 105.3 K287BY Clayton (covering the south side)
El Sembrador Ministries will receive Silent 92.3 K222DH Delano CA from Boris Treyzon’s AOTS Holdings, Inc. as a gift. El Sembrador purchased K222DH parent “La Nueva” 1100 KAFY Bakersfield in March for $450,000.

Equity Communications sells 102.3 WAIV Cape May NJ to James Weller Jr. and Colin Walls Sr.’s Mighty Voice Broadcasting LLC for $120,000. The buyers operate an LPTV in Delaware. WAIV currently simulcasts Equity’s CHR 95.1 WAYV Atlantic City.
CRC Media West sells Silent 1010 KXPS Thousand Palms and 1200 KPSF Cathedral City CA to Teleamerica Television Network Corp. for $125,000. Both stations briefly returned to operation in April to keep their licenses active after previously ceasing operations in June 2022. The Norman Quintero led company also owns an LPTV in Palm Springs.
