Brian Walker and Leonard Dugger’s Trimerge Futures LLC will acquire Classic Hits “Big Hits” 1540 WBTC/101.9 W270CI Uhrichsville OH from the estate of James Natoli’s Tuscarawas Broadcasting for $50,000. The deal does not include the real estate, but does include the studio equipment of the former Christian AC “95.9 The Light” WNPQ New Philadelphia prior to its sale to Educational Media Foundation.

In a deal agreed to back in June 2020, Robert Trigilio Jr. and Jeanna Sue Sakers’ Buffalo Broadcasting of Colorado acquires San Luis Broadcasting’s “Fox Sports” 1240 KBGV/101.3 K267BQ Monte Vista, 95.3 KYDN Monte Vista, and Classic Rock “96.5 The Fox” KSLV-FM Del Norte Co from the estate of Marion Goad for $175,000. Trigilio has served as General Manager of the stations since 2019 and hosts mornings at KSLV-FM as ‘Bob Richards’. He spent most of his career in programming with stints at stations including WGRF Buffalo, KBPI Denver, WQXI Atlanta, and Operations Manager of Townsquare Buffalo and Clear Channel Colorado Springs.

After operating Classic Country “Kix-FM“ 710 WKOO/100.5 W263BE Rose Hill NC via LMA since July 2019, Clay McCauley’s Mega Media is converting their Time Brokerage Agreement into a $100,000 purchase. The $42,692.90 made so far in TBA payments will be credited towards the purchase price. McCauley is the former General Manager of Cumulus Wilmington NC and has worked on-air across the state.

David Webster and Kurt Jackson’s WATR Radio LLC will purchase Talk/Sports 1320 WATR/97.7 W249DY Waterbury CT from WATR Inc. for $320,000. Webster owns Trignition Media that owns Spanish Tropical “Viva Radio” 1240 WWCO/106.3 W292FI Waterbury and 840 WRYM/107.3 W297BT New Britain CT, while Jackson owns Classic Hits 1250 WARE Ware/97.7 W249DP Springfield MA.

Real Presence Radio sells Catholic 91.3 KXRP Bismarck and 89.1 K206EI Williston ND to Central Dakota Enterprises for $100,000. The buyer operates Christian AC 104.7 KNDR Mandan/Bismarck. Real Presence Radio will continue to be heard in Bismarck on their 91.7 KPHA Mandan.

Jay and Laura Lindly’s JL Radio agrees to purchase Hot AC “Q102.9” KQIB Idabel and “Best Country” 106.1 KKBI Broken Bow OK from JDC Radio for $475,000.

Translator Sales

Allen Blum’s W-Squared Communications buys 103.9 K280BZ Wenatchee WA from Frank Osborn’s Husky Broadcasting for $2000. The translator rebroadcasts Cherry Creek Media CHR “KW3” 96.7 KWWW-FM Quincy WA.
