John Hoscheidt’s Western Illinois Broadcasting sells Country 102.3 WRMJ Aledo IL to William Albertson’s WRMJ LLC for $508,029. Albertson is a real estate developer from Aledo who has been purchasing and restoring properties in the town.
Family Life Ministries sells 102.7 WCGM Wattsburg/Corry PA to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine for $250,000. WCGM will join LECOM’s Oldies simulcast of 88.5 WMCE-FM Erie and 1370 WWCB/W231DW Corry. Family Life recently agreed to acquire a CP for a Class B1 on 89.3 Columbus PA which will cover the same general area. That CP filed this week to relocate to the same tower where WCGM’s Class A signal already holds a construction permit to relocate to. LECOM also owns a network of stations in and near Sarasota FL.
Townsquare Media is selling 1340 KPRK Livingston MT to Andrew Feltenstein’s Moleo Media Group for $350,000. Feltenstein is a partner in Beacon Street Studios that composes music scores for film and TV. KPRK currently simulcasts News/Talk 1450 KMMS Bozeman. KPRK’s former studio building at its tower site is on the National Register of Historic Places and included in the sale.
Blarney Stone Broadcasting is donating 1230 WMQU Grayling MI to Relevant Radio. The Catholic network began operating WMQU via Time Brokerage Agreement since 2019 when they assumed the previous agreement from Baraga Broadcasting.

K296BP will be utilized to bring an FM signal to News/Talk/Sports 1470 KBSN Moses Lake. Jacobs closed on its $50,000 purchase of KBSN and Hot AC “Mix 99.3” KDRM earlier this week.
WYRS Broadcasting donates 96.9 W245CC Trenton NJ to Penn-Jersey Educational Radio Corporation for no consideration. W245CC has rebroadcast the acquirer’s 89.7 WDVR Delaware Township NJ since its sign-on 2015.
After purchasing 97.7 KCNN Benson AZ (formerly KAVV) from the estate of Paul Lotsoff in September 2022, Red Rock Media Group is acquiring 104.1 K281CC Benson from the estate for $10,000.
