Bicoastal Media is expanding in Coos Bay OR with the purchase of Classic Hits “K-Dock 92.9” KDCQ Coos Bay from the Gloria Latta led Bay Cities Building Company for $300,000. KDCQ will join a Bicoastal cluster that includes Conservative Talk 630 KWRO Coquille/101.1 K266CD Coos Bay, Liberal Talk 1340 KBBR North Bend, AAA 94.9 KTEE North Bend/95.7 K239AL Coos Bay, Country 97.3 KSHR-FM Coquille, and Hot AC 107.3 KOOS North Bend. Bicoastal also owns Classic Country “Real Country 96.5” KBDN Bandon, which does not have contour overlap with KDCQ.
Bicoastal will then divest Rock “99.5 The Rock ” KJMX Reedsport to Carl Widing’s W7 Broadcasting for $10,000. Widing owns Sports 1230 KHSN Coos Bay, which is operated as part of Bicoastal’s group although no LMA is on file with the FCC.
Hammond Broadcasting Group sells Vietnamese 1480 KNGO Dallas to Viet Media LLC for $1.1 million split into a $550,000 non-refundable down payment made in January 2019 as part of their Time Brokerage Agreement, S11,152.02 in monthly payments, and then $220,000 at closing.
Birach Broadcasting will sell Silent 540 WGOP/106.5 W293DN Pocomoke City MD to Roger Waters’ The Waters Group for $200,000. WGOP has been silent since a fire burned down the station last August.

Ckezepis, an attorney focusing on real estate law, describes himself on his LinkedIn as Chief Vibez Officer. He began operating the station via LMA on April 1.
Bee Broadcasting donates Country “Outlaw 95.9” KHNK Columbia Falls/Kalispell MT to non-profit Forgotten Umbrella, which describes itself as “a non-commercial educational entity, which intends to serve the Flathead Valley of Montana with non-commercial educational, cultural, religious, news, and entertainment broadcasting designed to stimulate interest, awareness, and participation in culture, education, and politics.”
Telikoja Educational Broadcasting sells 90.5 WQOQ Laceyville PA to JMJ Broadcasting for $10,000. WQOQ already rebroadcasts the buyer’s Catholic network.

Perdomo Media Group sells 107.5 W298DI Port Norris NJ to Edwin Andrade’s The Voice Radio Newark LLC for $238,000. W298DI, which spent the past two years hopping from its original home on 92.3 Cape May, will fill the coverage holes being abandoned by Spanish Tropical “Maxima 104.1” W281CM Millville’s CP to move to 92.9 Newark DE. Both translators will be fed via an HD subchannel of Beasley’s 99.5 WJBR-FM Wilmington DE.
