Darren Girdner’s G2 Media Group is selling his three stations in Fort Smith AR to Melinda Leigh and Edwin Martin’s Black Diamond Properties LLC for $1.3 million. The deal includes Red Dirt Country “Red Dirt 96.7” 1580 KAGE/96.7 K244FJ Fort Smith, Southern Gospel “98.7 The Cross” 1650 KFSW/98.7 K254AM Fort Smith, and Rock/Country “Mix 105.1” KXMX Muldrow OK.

Marc Paskin purchases 106.7 KNAN Nanakuli/Honolulu HI from Donald Hildre and Bob Kemp’s Big D Consulting for $500,000. Paskin has operated multiple stations in recent years including “Smokin 94.1” 1550 KBUD Denver, “104.5 MeTV-FM” KXXP Portland, and WWNN Pompano Beach FL.

Relevant Radio expands in Indiana as it acquires Inter Mirifica, Inc.’s “Indy Catholic Radio” 89.5 WSOM Franklin, 89.1 WSPM Cloverdale, 90.9 WSQM Noblesville, 94.3 W232DV Lafayette, and 98.3 W252CY Anderson for $100,000. The deal also includes a programming agreement where the stations will join the buyer’s network on Monday, April 1.

Punjabi American Media acquires 1510 KSPA Ontario CA from Intelli Inc. for $100,000. The buyer owns seven stations in California running their South Asian programming.

MacDonald Garber Broadcasting purchases 93.7 WKAD Henrietta/Cadillac MI from Peter MacDonald Garber’s Cadillac Broadcasting for $1. The station has been operated by the family’s company operating as Sports “The Ticket” in simulcast with 1340 WMBN/104.7 W284DF Petoskey since 2012.

Pamela McClatchey’s McClatchey Broadcasting sells Christian 1590 KELP/95.9 K240ER El Paso TX to On Earth Media LLC for $634,744 including the station real estate. McClatchey, who is also on the board of Sky High Broadcasting’s 89.3 KELP-FM Mesquite NM will also transfer that station to the members of the buyers of KELP/K240ER.

David Leroy Billy is using power of attorney to acquire Standards 1280 KPRV Poteau and Classic Country/Classic Hits 92.5 KPRV-FM Heavener OK from his father Leroy Billy due to poor health.

Translator Sales

Legacy Preservation Foundation donates 97.1 K246BK Moapa NV to Scott Gentry’s Summit American Inc. to simulcast their Soft Oldies 104.7 KJUL Moapa Valley.

Larson-Wynn Inc. acquires 99.1 K256AC The Dalles OR from Catholic Broadcasting Northwest for $17,000. The buyer will utilize the translator to rebroadcast their Classic Country 1440 KODL/100.7 K264DF The Dalles.

Steven Porter sells 101.3 K267AD Cave Junction OR to KXCJ-LP for $10,000. The translator will rebroadcast Community 105.7 KXCJ-LP Cave Jnction.
