Westmoreland Gold 910 98.7 WXJX Latrobe 1460 97.3 WCNS Greensburg Jack-FMJohn Fredericks’ Disruptor Radio LLC purchases Oldies “Westmoreland Gold” 910 WXJX Apolla/98.7 W254CR Latrobe and 1480 WCNS/107.5 W298DH Latrobe PA from Steve Clendenin’s Maryland Media One for $435,000. Fredericks owns or is in the process of acquiring Conservative Talk stations in Atlanta, Norfolk, Philadelphia, and Richmond.

Juan Carlos Rodriguez’s Deportes y Musica Communicaciones donates 99.5 KRPH Morristown AZ to MMTC Broadcasting. MMTC, held by the Multicultural Media, Telecom, and Internet Council, will turn around and sell the station to Jeff Chang for $7500. Chang owns 1310 KKZI Barstow and 1450 KQTE Helendale CA along with stakes in three LPTV stations. KRPH serves the northwest corner of the Phoenix market.

Kristina Klebe’s Hawkeye Communications will transfer 98.9 WGNY-FM Rosendale/Poughkeepsie NY to her father Joerg Klebe’s Sunrise Broadcasting for $1. The elder Klebe has operated WGNY-FM since its launch in 2011 in simulcast with Oldies 1220 WGNY/105.3 W287CY Newburgh.

Translator Sales

Roberts Metro Broadcasting acquires 106.9 K295CQ St. Louis from Fusion Radio LLC for $460,000. Roberts previously owned WRBU-TV St. Louis and owns a portion of Hip Hop “97.7 The Beat” WRBJ-FM Jackson MS. The translator will rebroadcast Gateway Creative Broadcasting’s 95.5 KXBS-HD3 Bethalto IL.

Bernie Woods gifts 100.5 K263BF Alamogordo NM to One Ministries for no consideration. The translator is listed to rebroadcast Southern New Mexico Radio Foundation’s Red Dirt Country “Active Radio” 88.9 KHII Cloudcroft.

Holy Family Communications sells 88.7 W204CU Findlay OH to Soaring Eagle Promotions for $37,500. The translator will rebroadcast the buyer’s Christian AC “Rise-FM” 88.5 WKEN Kenton OH.
