Translator Sales

Iglesia Vispera Del Fin will acquire two Seattle area translators from licensees held by David Hartman and Gregory Smith. Iglesia Vispera Del Fin will purchase SeaSound Broadcasting’s 98.5 K253CG Redmond WA for $650,000 and H&S Partners’ 102.1 K271BS Auburn WA for $225,000. Both translators will rebroadcast Bustos Media’s 1210 KMIA Auburn-Federal Way, which the buyer operates under a Time Brokerage Agreement as part of its regional Spanish Christian “La Estacion del la Familia” network.

Station Sales

Zach Petricola’s WJER Radio LLC has sold Full Service AC 1450 WJER/100.9 W265DL Dover-New Philadelphia OH to Lauren International’s WJER LLC for $300,000. The buyer is a local group that owns multiple manufacturing companies and a local internet service provider.

Greater 2nd Mount Olive Baptist Church is purchasing 106.9 WGSW Americus and 97.7 WTTY Ty Ty GA from the estate of Victor M. Vickers for $300,000. The buyer owns Gospel “Praise 105.5” Camilla GA. WGSW and WTTY were part of the Classic Hits “MyFM” network in southern Georgia along with 102.3 WSIZ-FM Jacksonville, 97.1 WVHY Axson and 99.9 W260BU Douglas GA.

After reacquiring Classic Country 105.5 WBMI West Branch MI in 2020, Peggy Warner’s 105.5FM LLC sells the station to Smile-FM for $95,000. Warner sold the station in 2011 for $360,000 but after CF Broadcasting defaulted on payments, a legal settlement gave the station back to Warner in 2020. Smile-FM will convert the station to non-commercial as part of their statewide Christian AC network.
