Roger Holler’s MARC Radio Group is expanding out of Central Florida with the purchase Gospel 1040 KGGR/106.9 K295DA Dallas. MARC will pay $650,000 to purchase the station from Mortenson Broadcasting Company. MARC currently owns a seven station cluster in the Gainesville/Ocala market and Christian Preaching “The Shepherd” 1270 WIWA Eatonville in the Orlando market.
MKS Broadcasting is selling Classic Hits “B104.3” KDBB Bonne Terre and Conservative Talk 1240 KFMO Flat River MO to C. Odle Enterprises for $150,000. Chelley Odle has served as General Manager of the stations since 2018 after previously spending over two decades on the sales staff.

Susan Bushell sells 99.3 K257BE Los Gatos/San Jose CA to Punjabi American Media for $200,000. The buyer, which owns stations in five Central California markets operating as “Punjabi Radio USA“, will utilize Bonneville’s 98.5 KUFX-HD3 San Jose to feed the translator.
