Todd Bartley’s Victory Media of Maryland will purchase Oldies 1430 WNAV Annapolis MD from BMSC Media for $78,000. Bartley has already begun operating the station via Time Brokerage Agreement adding to his holdings that include 96.1 W241AO Wye Mills MD and the duo of Talk 1400 WINC Winchester and AC 105.5 WINC-FM Berryville VA.

The Guillermo Moreno led Moreno Equities purchases 1210 KQEQ Fowler/Fresno CA from Akal Broadcasting Corporation for $200,000. Guillermo Moreno through his mother Lisa Moreno has operated Conservative Talk 1550 KXEX Fresno via LMA from Bendita Eucarista Radio with Guillermo hosting afternoons from 4-7pm.

The Bankruptcy Estate of Silver State Broadcasting, LLC sells Silent 790 KBET Winchester/103.1 K276GX Las Vegas to Melinda and Kurt Nilson and Don Davis’ AutoPilotFM for $150,000 as part of the bankruptcy auction of Ed Stolz’ properties.

John Cessna sells his 41% stake in Cessna Communications to his brother Jay Cessna for $224,998.65 giving Jay Cessna a controlling 82% stake in the company. The company owns four stations in Bedford PA: Hot AC “Star 100.9” WAYC, Classic Rock “B-Rock 107.5” WBVE, Conservative Talk 1310 WBFD/98.7 W254DF, and Standards “Rax 106.5” 1600 WRAX/106.5 W293DF.

Lydia Martinez, Timothy Hill, and Matthew Hill’s Broadcast Partners LLC purchase Conservative Talk “Truth 104.1” 1230 WABN/104.1 W281CF Abingdon VA from Information Communications Corporation for $75,000.
