Station Sales Week Of 12/15

The Bryan Ragan led McAlester Streaming Technologies LLC will purchase Lee Anderson’s Southeastern Oklahoma Radio’s four stations for $1.2 million. The stations in the deal are Country “K101.3” KMCO Wilburton, “Classic Rock 105.1” KTMC-FM McAlester, Christian/Classic Country 1150 KNED/98.3 K252FQ McAlester, and Standards 1400 KTMC/96.7 K244FI McAlester.

International Church of the Grace of God Inc. acquires Radio Luz Inc.’s 1160 WRLZ St. Cloud FL for $500,000. The buyer, which owns stations in Boston, Danbury CT and Fort Lauderdale operating as Portuguese “Nossa Radio” targeting Brazilian immigrants, began operating WRLZ via Time Brokerage Agreement on November 1.

Keith Lapeze and Brandon Forester’s Omega Entertainment LLC will acquire Country “Q94.1” KRLQ Hodge and Blues/R&B/Zydeco “Roux 102” 102.3 KWXM Simsboro LA from William Warren Brown’s North Louisiana Broadcasting for $800,000.

Jean and Sherman Hill’s North Point Broadcasting applies to purchase 92.9 KPUT Mona/Provo UT from Alex Media for $150,000.

Relevant Radio sells News/Talk 950 KAHI Auburn/Sacramento CA to KAHI Corporation for $100,000. The buyer has operated KAHI via Time Brokerage Agreement since 1999 and owns its two translators 102.9 K275BJ Placerville and 104.5 K283CM Auburn. The deal includes a waiver request to separate KAHI from Relevant’s expanded band 1620 KSMH West Sacramento, which was originally supposed to supplant the original station and allow both to continue operating.

James Watford’s WRCS-AM 970 Inc. sells Gospel 970 WRCS Ahoskie NC to Keith Baldwin’s KBaldwin Media Group for $100,000. Baldwin also owns 1480 WQTM Fair Bluff NC.

The Solid Rock Foundation will reacquire Christian 91.9 KWDS Canadian TX from The River Ministries for forgiveness of debt from their 2017 sale of the station. New KWWD call letters are pending.

Curritucksound Limited sells their CP for 91.5 Aydlett NC to David Ingles Ministries Church for $1.

Translator Sales

Radio By Grace sells 90.5 K213EL Laramie WI to Vic Michael’s Mountain Community Translators for $15,000. The deal lists Michael’s Cedar Cove Broadcasting’s “K-Rocky” 88.1 KVAM Cheyenne as its future parent signal.
