Dave Radigan’s Radigan Broadcasting Group is expanding its holding along the New York and Pennsylvania border purchasing Classic Hits “95.3 The Bridge” WTTC-FM and Oldies 1550 WTTC/107.7 W299CM Towanda PA from Cantroair Communications for $110,000. Radigan will also acquire the WTTC tower site in a separate deal for $140,000. The deal also includes a future right of first refusal to purchase the seller’s Oldies 1310 WTZN/99.9 W260AN Troy and Country “Wiggle 100.3” WHGL-FM Canton PA. Radigan already owns Full Service AC 1330 WEBO (and four translators) Owego NY, Classic Hits “Choice 102” WAVR Waverly NY, and Conservative Talk “Liberty 960” WATS Sayre PA.

Salem Media is reacquiring 760 WLCC Brandon/104.3 W282CI Tampa FL from Relevant Radio for $600,000. Salem had sold WLCC along with 1380 WWMI St. Petersburg and two stations in Miami in 2019 for $8,218,875. Salem originally acquired WLCC in 2012 for $1.15 Million. WLCC will rejoin a Salem Tampa cluster that includes Christian Preaching “Faith Talk” 570 WTBN Pinellas Park/910 WTWD Plant City and Conservative Talk “860 The Answer” WGUL Dunedin.

Marble City Media will purchase 101.1 W266BJ Tallassee AL from Hughey Communications for $80,000. A contingent application was filed to move W266BJ closer to Auburn AL where it will rebroadcast a subchannel of AC “AU 100” WAUE Waverly AL.

Non-Consummations

Anthony Bucher’s Hitmaker Music Group has failed to close on its $350,000 purchase of 104.9 WYGC High Springs/Gainesville FL from JVC Media. WYGC has begun simulcasting JVC’s Country “US 102.3” WXUS Dunnellon/Ocala.
