As first indicated in other recent sale filings, Educational Media Foundation is reorganizing as K-Love Inc.
The restructuring will see the Rocklin CA based EMF become a fully owned subsidiary of Franklin TN based K-Love Inc. The operator of the Christian AC “K-Love” and Contemporary Worship “Air 1” networks, which is in the process of absorbing Spanish Christian “Radio Nueva Vida“, shared two board resolutions with the FCC. The first from March 2024 appoints the new parent company as EMF’s sole member and allows the organization to transfer its non-California based employees, assets, leases and contracts to the new company. The second, from December 2024, approved all assets and operations of EMF and its subsidiaries to be assigned to K-Love Inc. as soon as all necessary approvals are received from the Federal Communications Commission and the State of California Attorney General’s Office.
