Sleigh Rides In As Classic Hits Move In Longview/Kelso Double Flip

Washington Interstate Broadcasting Company has flipped two of its three stations in Longview/Kelso WA.

Classic Hits “101.5 The Wave” K268BN Eufaula-Longview/105.5 KUKN-HD Longview has flipped to Christmas Music as “101.5 The Sleigh“. The station will continue with what it bills as “Christmas Memories” until December 27 at 12pm when it will “make a major announcement and huge programming change to 101.5”.

The former Classic Hits format has moved to the former News/Sports “Hometeam 100.7” 1490 KLOG/100.7 K264CU Kelso. KLOG will continue with its News morning block featuring Kirc Roland, Ray Byers and Ray Bartley from 6-9am. General Manager John Paul will host middays from 9am to 2pm, with Dede in afternoons from 2-7pm and Ronnie Kay from 7pm-12am.

Effective immediately, Hometeam 100.7, KLOG has dropped the ESPN Sports format and is now back to playing The Greatest Hits of All Time. An addition, 101.5 The Wave has become “101.5 The Sleigh” playing great Christmas Memories 24/7.

The New KLOG On Air Line Up will be The KLOG Morning Show from 6a-9a, John Paul from 9a-2p, Dede from 2p-7p and Ronnie Kay from 7-Mid.

Paul also added “101.5 The Wave has transitioned into “101.5 The Sleigh” and will play great Christmas Memories 24/7 through December 25th. At Noon on Monday, December 27th, we’ll make a major announcement and a huge programming change to 101.5 FM.”
