A major revamp is on its way to SiriusXM on Wednesday, November 8.
The company will be holding a Next Generation Industry & Press Preview to spotlight its “new SiriusXM streaming app as well as upcoming in-car innovations, new programming coming to SiriusXM, the service’s refreshed brand, and more” that morning. It is expectd
That day will also see a major lineup revamp as a number of channels have begun promoting a move. The known channel shifts include:
- The Bridge from channel 17 to 27
- Deep Tracks from channel 27 to 308
- BPM from channel 51 to 52
- Diplo’s Revolution from channel 52 to 53
- SiriusXM Chill from channel 53 to 55
- BB King’s Bluesville from channel 74 to 75
- Symphony Hall from channel 76 to 78
- Kids Place Live from channel 78 to 134
- Kidz Bop Radio from channel 79 to 135
- Met Opera Radio from channel 355 to online only
November 8 will also be the day SiriusXM will launch its suite of Christmas and holiday music channels. The move comes a week later than recent years when the channels began operation on November 1.
