One day after filing to purchase two stations in Clarion PA, Seven Mountains Media is expanding its holdings on the opposite side of Pennsylvania with the purchase of Classic Hits “Pocono 96.7” WABT Lehman Township and 97.3 W247AE East Stroudsburg from Bud Williamson’s Neversink Media.
The $400,000 deal adds WABT to Seven Mountains holdings in the Poconos that already include Hot AC 93.5 WSBG and Country “Bigfoot 103.1” 840 WVPO/103.1 W276DG Stroudsburg.
Seven Mountains Media is also in the process of acquiring 34 stations across the state from Forever Media for $17,375,000.
