iHeartMedia Conservative Talk 950 KPRC Houston has announced a new weekday lineup taking effect today.
The station has re-added The Jesse Kelly Show to the station’s lineup from 5-8pm. Kelly had previously hosted late mornings at KPRC prior to joining Key Networks for syndication in April 2020 before moving to evenings. He will now air in the 5-8pm timeslot thanks to his show joining iHeart’s Premiere Networks this month to succeed Buck Sexton.
Following Kelly from 8-10pm will be former NFL quarterback and “SportsTalk 790” KBME Houston morning host Sean Salisbury. Salisbury has previously hosted shows for Houston based Gow Media’s SBNation Radio network as well as co-owned “SportsMap 94.1” and “ESPN 97.5” KFNC as well as serving as as an NFL analyst for ESPN and co-hosting Comedy Central’s BattleBots.
iHeartMedia Houston today announced its new weekday lineup for KPRC AM 950, Real Texas, Real Talk, effective June 28.
As part of the new programming lineup, “The Jesse Kelly Show,” which is now syndicated by Premiere Networks and can be heard on more than 200 stations nationwide, will join KPRC AM 950 and broadcast live on weekdays from 5-8 p.m.CT.
“Kelly, a U.S. Marine combat veteran, brings an exciting new perspective on the day’s events,” said Bryan Erickson, Director of AM Programming for KPRC AM 950. “He’s a unique and fresh voice in the talk radio landscape and one of the most entertaining guys I’ve ever heard.”
Also joining the lineup is former NFL quarterback Sean Salisbury. Salisbury’s popular “The Sean Salisbury Show” will air weekdays from 8-10 p.m. CT. Listeners can continue to hear his morning sports show on Sportstalk 790 AM.
“The self-proclaimed ‘news junkie’ is anxious to talk about events outside the realm of sports,” said Erickson. “If he could, Salisbury would be on the air 24 hours a day. He loves what he does and his passion is off the charts.”
The new program lineup for KPRC AM 950 will also feature Walton & Johnson, Glenn Beck, Jimmy Barrett, Charles Adams and Outlaw Dave.
