Scott Roddy Rises To Audacy Regional VP of West Coast Country Programming

Scott RoddyAudacy has promoted Scott Roddy to Regional VP of West Coast Country Programming.

Roddy, who joined Audacy in October 2019 as Brand Manager of Country “99.5 The Wolf” KWJJ and Hot AC “105.1 The Buzz” KRSK Portland, will now add programming oversight of “95.1 K-Frog” KFRG Riverside, “100.7 The Wolf” KKWF Seattle, “106.5 The Wolf” WDAF-FM Kansas City, and 107.9 KMLE Phoenix. He will also serve as day-to-day Brand Manager for 103.7 KSON San Diego in addition to KWJJ.

Prior to joining Audacy, Roddy served as PD on Country 92.3 WIL and Variety Hits “106.5 The Arch” WARH St. Louis, AC 104.1 KAFE Bellingham WA, PD of Variety Hits “107.9 The Track” WNTR Indianapolis and APD/MD of “97.1 Hank-FM” WLHK Indianapolis.

Roddy fills the Regional VP and KSON programming duties that had been held by Kevin Callahan until his departure last fall to join Pamal Broadcasting.

Audacy has elevated Scotty Roddy to Regional Vice President of West Coast Country Programming. In this role, Roddy will have programming oversight of Audacy’s west coast country brands, including 106.5 The Wolf (WDAF-FM) Kansas City, KMLE Country 107.9 (KMLE-FM) in Phoenix, K-FROG (KFRG-FM) in Riverside and 100.7 The Wolf (KKWF-FM) in Seattle.

Roddy will also add additional day-to-day Brand Manager responsibilities for 103.7 KSON (KSON-FM) in San Diego, where he will oversee content strategy, talent, operations and branding for the station. He will continue as Brand Manager of 99.5 The Wolf (KWJJ-FM) in Portland.

Receiving his FCC license on his 14th birthday, Roddy has had a lifelong passion for audio. The CMA/ACM Award-winning programmer has led teams in St. Louis, Seattle, Portland and Indianapolis over the course of his career and joined Audacy in 2019.
