Sara Parker has resigned from her roles as Music Director at Beasley Media Rock 93.3 WMMR Philadelphia and Digital Program Director of WMMR and Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK. She will continue to work on-air in a part-time status at WMMR, where she currently hosts a Sunday afternoon show.
Parker has spent her entire career at WMMR starting as an intern in 2009. She was named Music Coordinator in 2016 and rose to Music Director in January 2019 before adding the Digital PD duties in August of that year. During her tenure at the station she also served as producer of the afternoon show hosted by Paul Jaxon until his departure in October’s Beasley layoffs.
