For the first time, the only radio station licensed to Santa Claus IN will go all-Christmas.
Dubois County Broadcasting Hot AC “103.3 The Fix” WAXL Santa Claus will drop its regular branding in favor of “Jolly-FM” from Thursday, November 23 through Christmas Day. The station will feature a “Countdown to Christmas” at the top of every hour, “Santa Tracking” on Christmas Eve, and other holiday related programming including a local performance of “Yes Virginia, There is a Santa Claus” on December 16.
WAXL will only break from the Christmas programming to continue its regular Sports coverage of Heritage Hills High School and South Spencer High School, Indianapolis Colts football, and Indiana Pacers basketball. It will revert to its regular format after Christmas.

Jolly FM is also excited to partner with the Actors Community Theatre, Inc. as they obtained the exclusive broadcast rights to the full length radio play “Yes Virginia, There is a Santa Claus.” The play will be performed live at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center in Jasper, Indiana during the first weekend of December and then broadcast in its entirety on Saturday, December 16th on Jolly FM.
Jolly FM will also continue WAXL’s long tradition of carrying high school sports from both Heritage Hills High School and South Spencer High School as well as continuing to be a proud affiliate of the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers.
