Saga Acquires Neuhoff Media Lafayette IN

Neuhoff Media continues the sell-off of its radio holdings as it has agreed to sell its Lafayette IN stations to Saga Communications. Terms were not disclosed.

Rock “93.5 KHY” WKHY Lafayette, Classic Hits 98.7 WASK-FM Battle Ground, CHR “B102.9” WXXB Delphi, Country “K105” WKOA Lafayette, and Sports “101.7 The Hammer” 1450 WASK/W269DJ Lafayette. The deal marks Saga’s entry into Indiana.

Saga Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq -SGA) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of WKOA (FM), WKHY (FM), WASK (FM), WXXB (FM), WASK (AM) and W269DJ from Neuhoff Communications, Inc. serving the Greater Lafayette, IN radio market.
