Launching at noon on Monday after a brief respite with television theme songs, the station debuted taking direct shots at Bicoastal Media’s “Rocket 107” KRQT. The first songs heard on the new Blitz were Metallica “Fuel”, Beastie Boys “(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right”, and Led Zeppelin “Rock and Roll”.
