Relevant Radio Acquires Detroit AM & Four Translators

Relevant Radio Immaculate Heart MediaFamily Life Broadcasting System is selling its longtime Detroit properties to Catholic network Relevant Radio for $3.1 million.

Relevant Radio will purchase 1030 WUFL Sterling Heights and its network of translators across the market: 94.1 W231CV Holly, 94.3 W232CA Detroit, 103.1 W276DB Rochester Hills, and 104.7 W284BQ Detroit. The deal includes the property that houses WUFL’s three tower array since the station’s sign-on in 1988, but not the WUFL call letters, which will be transferred to another Family Life Broadcasting owned station.
