RadioAlabama’s “Auburn Networks” cluster of stations will once again be the home for Auburn University sports under a new deal that runs through the 2027-28 seasons.
Classic Hits “Wings 94.3” WGZZ Waverly will carry football, men’s basketball, and the weekly Tiger Talk show. AC “AU 100” WAUE Waverly will air baseball and women’s basketball, while coaches will be regular guests on “ESPN 106.7” W294AR/WGZZ-HD3.
Auburn University Sports broadcasts were most recently held in Auburn by Tiger Communications’ stations since 2016. RadioAlabama previously held the rights from 2013-2016. Also as part of the deal, Auburn softball broadcasts will move to the university’s student-run 91.1 WEGL Auburn.
Auburn University sports radio broadcasts are returning to the Auburn Networks family beginning this August. The affiliation with the Auburn Sports Network across programming on multiple local radio stations promises an unmatched experience for passionate Auburn sports fans.
