Hubbard Radio CHR “Q102” WKRQ Cincinnati will debut “Roy, Nat and Freddy Mac” in afternoons on Tuesday, January 3.
Roy Brown, who co-hosted mornings at Beasley Media’s “Kiss 95.1” WNKS Charlotte from 2015 until last May when he moved to Cincinnati due to his fiancé relocating for work, will join incumbent co-hosts Natalie Jones and Freddy Mac on the show.
Brown also served as a Podcast Captain for Beasley Media during his tenure at WNKS. He previously spent five years at Mel Wheeler Inc. in Roanoke VA including time as Imaging Director and night host at both CHR “K92” WXLK and Country “94.9 Star Country” WSLC-FM. The move will reunite his with Freddy Mac, who worked at WXLK from 2012 to 2020 including time as morning co-host, Imaging Director, and Promotions Director. Cincinnati native Natalie ‘Nat’ Jones is the longest tenured at the station, joining as afternoon co-host in 2017 after doing standup comedy in Los Angeles.
