Radio presenter Paul Hayes has joined Radio News Hub as Content Editor.
The former Heart presenter and Magic host will become the voice of the Lunchtime Programme, a ten-minute news roundup available to all subscribing stations.
In addition, he will also host a new programme offering for Radio News Hub’s network of expat radio stations in Spain.
It follows the arrival of David Prever earlier this year as Head of Programming and comes amid announced investment in Radio News Hub from private equity backed media group, markettiers4DC.
Speaking about the appointment, Paul said: “I’ve been really impressed watching the development of RNH from afar and I’m thrilled to now be working with them on these programmes and other projects. There are lots of exciting plans and it’s a great team, which I’m looking forward to being part of.”
Founders of Radio News Hub, Stephanie Otty and Jamie Fletcher said: “Paul’s industry expertise, contacts and experience are exactly what we are looking for as we continue with our growth plans both in the UK and globally. We are excited to be working alongside him on this and many more new projects. Watch this space!”
The revamped Lunchtime Programme with imaging provided by TM Studios will launch on 2nd October.
