Kairos Broadcasting’s County 10 Radio has flipped two of its three stations in Central Wyoming.
Classic Rock 97.5 KDLY Lander/Riverton has flipped to Country as “97.5 The Brand“. The station is focusing on Country hits from the 1980s to now with owner Will Hill describing it as, “The Brand is County 10’s real country, with a heavy emphasis on the 90’s and early 2000’s with a little new and a little old mixed in. We’ve also thrown in a healthy dose of Red Dirt Country, a style of country with a rock twist. That’s what I’m most excited about.”
Charene Herrera will move from mornings at sister Variety Hits “105.1 Jack-FM” KTUG Hudson to mornings at KDLY, while her co-host Jerrad Anderson will move to afternoons at KDLY. Anderson, who serves as Operations Manager for the cluster, previously worked at Townsquare Media’s Cheyenne cluster and multiple stations in Las Vegas. Herrera has previously co-hosted mornings at Townsquare Media’s KYSS Missoula MT and KAWO Boise.
The flip to Country at KDLY replaces the format on 1330 KOVE/107.7 K299BC Lander as that station flipped to News/Talk/Sports. Programming includes a local show “Coffee Time” hosted by Vince Tropea from 8-9am, America in the Morning, Rich Eisen Show, Our American Stories, Native America Calling, and sports play-by-play from Lander Valley High School, University of Wyoming, and Denver Broncos.
