Newman has exited as PD/afternoon host at iHeartMedia Country “Bob 94.9” WRBT Harrisburg PA after 21 years with the station.
Newman joined WRBT in 2001 and co-hosted mornings with Nancy Ryan until her layoff in December 2020. He would then rise to APD/MD and then added the Program Director duties in October 2017. Before Harrisburg he worked at WKRZ Scranton, WZPT Pittsburgh and KRUZ Santa Barbara CA.
