Paul ‘Neanderpaul’ Marshall will be departing middays at Hubbard Classic Rock 100.7 KSLX Scottsdale/Phoenix AZ to head to a “very special gig” at the end of this week.
Marshall has been with Hubbard Phoenix since 2010, first as PD/afternoon host at Rock 93.3 KDKB until its flip to Alternative in 2014. He immediately moved to KSLX where he spent time in nights, moved to mornings in 2015, and has hosted middays since April 2023. During his long storied Rock radio career, Marshall has also worked at WAAF and WBCN Boston, WMFS-FM Memphis, WCKW New Orleans, WEGE Columbus, KRXQ Sacramento, and KQRC Kansas City.
In a Facebook most making the announcement, Marshall stated, “I’ve always said that it would take a *very* special gig to get me to leave Phoenix – a place I have lived, and loved, since the moment I arrived. I can’t yet say where I’m headed, but I *can* say that my last day on the air at KSLX, will be Friday.” He later added, “My next endeavor is one of those challenges that I live for. It’s a great station, in a great place to live. I promise I’ll say more ASAP.”
