After being dropped from Cumulus Media Rhythmic CHR “93.1 The Beat” KQIZ Amarillo TX at the end of 2021, the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show has reappeared in the market on Townsquare Media Hot AC “Mix 94.1” KMXJ-FM.
Charlie Hardin and Melissa Bartlett move from KMXJ-FM to Classic Hits “98.7 The Bomb” KPRF. Charlie and Melissa replace WFGR Grand Rapids’ Casey Daniels and JoJo Girard.
KQIZ is now running jockless in mornings.
After just 17 days off the air, Amarillo listeners are excited for the return of YEA Networks’ “The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show” to the market on Townsquare Media’s KMXJ / Mix 94.1.
Hosted by J-Si Chavez, Kellie Rasberry, Big Al Mack, Ana Castillejos and Part-Time Justin, the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show has been on in Amarillo for more than 20 years.
J-Si, host of the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show said, “The Amarillo market has been one of our biggest supporters over the years. Lots of KiddNation Members from there drop by our Dallas studio each year, we’ve done numerous market visits, and many families from the area have been selected for our Kidd’s Kids Trip to Disney World. We’re so glad to have found a new home in the Panhandle.”
Kurt Johnson, SVP/Content and Programming for Townsquare Media added, “We’re proud to be a longtime partner with Yea and KKMS. Proven winners for a long time. I love the excellent service and our listeners and clients love the show.”
The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show is available from YEA Networks by contacting Scott Kerr at scott@yeanetworks.com or 843-270-2836
