Max Media has announced the promotion of Sean Rhoads from VP/Sales to President/General Manger of Rhythmic AC “Jammin 101.5” KJHM Watkins and CHR “Hot 107.1” KFCO Bennett/Denver CO.
Rhoads has been with the stations since 2010 serving in multiple sales positions including Senior Account Executive, Digital Sales Director, General Sales Manager and since 2016 Vice President of Sales. He has also held sales positions with Clear Channel Colorado Springs.
Concurrent with the promotion of Rhoads, Jeff Silver rises from General Sales Manager to VP/Sales. Silver has previously served as GSM for Entercom and Lincoln Financial Media in Denver.
The moves follow the resignation of Jeff Norman after thirteen years leading the stations.

Manager/ President for KJHM-FM & KFCO-FM, Max Media in Denver, Colorado, effective immediately.Sean Rhoads began his radio career at iHeartMedia in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as an Account Executive. In 2010 he joined Max Media serving as a Senior Account Executive, Digital Sales Director, General Sales Manager and most recently as Vice President of Sales from 2016-2021.
