Lotus Communications is expanding its holdings in the Sacramento market with the purchase of Business “Money 105.5” KSAC-FM Dunnigan CA from Salem Communications for $1 million.
Lotus will begin operating KSAC-FM via Time Brokerage Agreement on Tuesday, August 1. The deal does not include the current format and intellectual property of the “Money” brand. The deal will add KSAC-FM, which rimshots Sacramento from the west to Lotus’ existing holdings of Spanish Ranchera simulcast “La Ranchera” 890 KVMX Olivehurst/104.7 K284CM Sacramento and 92.1 KVMX-FM Placerville.
Salem retains Christian AC “103.9 The Fish” KKFS Lincoln, Christian Preaching “The Word” 710 KFIA Carmichael/105.7 K289CT Sacramento, and Conservative Talk “1380 The Answer” Sacramento in the market.
